So i need log in with the first account?

names: Phatas efka17 i cant log in. When i try it says you dont have permmision to do that.

For what i get ip banned. ?i dont do anything. Not posting in forum.. How to clear cache?please help

I am from phone now. When i using my pc. I cant go to forum. Cant do anything. When i press log in, register i get error. And its say "sorry, you dont have permmision do that" please help me.
