Try clearing your cache on your PC.

You might be Ip banned, and your phone has a different IP

If you have any other accounts registered on this forum, they might've restricted your access on this one because you have another one.

 

 

Clearing your cache on Chrome:  Go to settings, click 'Show advanced settings'.  Under "Privacy" - go to "Clear browsing data", and uncheck everything except for "Empty the cache".

Give me your other account name, I will check if you are banned.

I'm guessing this is your second account. If you're banned and you log in, there should be a written reason for it.

Yes, unless it's banned.  Which would also be why this account isn't allowed either, because the system knows there's another banned account on your IP.
