in terms of popularity, runescape peaked in 2007 because of how different it was in the gaming world (imo) but i enjoyed it most pre eoc, i profited the most pre eoc aswell. i dont see runescape dying until a replacement is hyped and popular(i dont see that happening anytime soon)

That's why I got into it. I played a ton of games and just beat it so easily that it got boring. I got onto RS and was trying to beat it until I realized how hard it was. I kept trying to level up and on my first 99 I was like omfg I'm actually going to beat this game. xD
