Except since he is only a moderator and not an admin I don't think he has the correct powers/permissions to do anything about it.

This has been an error for a while, and has already been brought up to the staff.

If you'd really like your timezone changed, you can PM Raflesia and he can change it for you.

    This option got bugged sometime ago while installing a new feature.

    It was on our to-do list, unfortunately, it losed our attention.

     

    Thank you for bringing this up to us. We are searching our latest backup of this option as we speak.

     

     

    @YoHoJo, Super Moderators have access to that yes. They can change the timezones if needed.
