Can you access this? 

If not, when you start osbot you will get proxy tab which will ask you fill out information about your proxy. Fill it out and that proxy will be added to a proxy list and you can select the proxy you want to start.

To use multiple accounts on multiple clients you will need vip.

ok so if i get vip i can open more tabs each with a different proxy? 

Yes, you can open multiple clients with different proxies if you have VIP.

Yes. Btw if you can't get the above working, Proxifier will work, might be a bit simpler/cleaner to manage as well.
