Make your own account and if you don't fancy training it, use that 100M to get a decent service provider to get you some levels. There is waaaaaaaaaaaaay too many people buying accounts and losing them because 1. The seller claims they are the original owner and their not. & 2. People scam quit and recover everything. 2
