The bot opens the bank and collapses all tabs. Afterwards it freezes.

You can choose to not use bank tabs if you just throw all items above the predefined tabs in the GUI. And scripts should support tabs.

Is there a way to save a config of things you want at the top of the bank in a certain order?

Say I want all the teleports and consumable items for a script on the first line of my bank, then the re-gear armor on the second line.

 

Would I be able to do that with this script?

Yes you can save your personalized category order

I've already mentioned this to the developers and am working on getting a fix out ASAP!
