Issue while creating account

Anyone else getting this when creating an account?

When i got that error it was because of the name i was entered. Apparently they're saving names is what i believe

I think it happens when you create many accounts at a time

Changed the name and it worked, weird.

This was my first try in a few weeks

That happened to me and i had to just clear all my browser stuff.
