Can I reach to lvl 85 mining by free scripts  by botting 2-3 houre per day?

 

Yeah, the script needs to be flawless and have a nice internet :P 

There are people that have botted for years :P

So why not?

With a bit (alot) of luck anything is possible!

just make sure you switch your skill training around. meaning don't bot mining 2-3 hours today then log out until tomorrow then do the same thing. im sure some people can get away with that but its a higher ban rate

I feel like mining got clamped down on just like agility did.

Defo do-able. Just less chance than 5 or so months back.

Its very doable, but the chances of getting banned are going to be higher since you are using free scripts. Let us know how it goes for you.
