I don't know the answer to your problem, but maybe it is because you are salty?

Got the same error earlier with skrill.com, changed to my other internet and it disappeared. Tried resetting cookies but no luck, i think its IP based.

It's because of outages of "knowing de wae" servers

Try clearing cookies and browsing data, another browser or logging in and out of the forums and login with your email instead maybe. I usually only get this error when I don't access the forum section of the site before going to the chat, so may just be a cookie issue.
