I personally think 7 hours is way too long, especially for something like zulrah 

I mean, think realistically how long would you play Zulrah for by hand ? Maybe give it that, plus a little more before breaks.

Not very many people do zulrah for 10 hours every day... just think about it.

as soon as i posted this I received two emails from Jagex.

 

One account has been recovered, thankfully the better one, and one has been banned forever.

just waiting on that last reply now.
