You make good scripts, an admin will consider putting you on trial first after sticking with the community for a fair amount of time and have made alot of good , working and up-to-date scripts. Be the looks of that post, it doesn't look like it is. Getting the scripter rank is like getting the moderator rank. But instead of helping and having an overall knowledge of the forums and the botting community. You need to have skill in scripting and you have to be dependable.
