looking for one, low level, preferably quested already, mith/addy gloves would be a bonus. 75 atk 30-55 str, 75-95 mage . preferably under 31 prayer. i dont want one that was just fully botted unless its cheap , since i will have to do all the quests myself . looking to pay via paypal.

I have one with 75 att 33 str 1,def 1 pray with 95 magic for fire surge. Max hit is 46 plus venom hits. Has all castle wars items (top,bottom,hat, and halo) and 170 bh kills already.

you can have 75 attack 66 str with 95 magic levels 

you dont need the old 33 str build

takes ages and isnt efficient 

 

ive got a pure with 95 magic, but well above your budget unfortunately , gl with purchase buddy
