TriBait Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 so i had an account that i had created with no email set and no bank pin, and i had never had any problems with my account or any password being change in 5+ years.. but when i put my password on osbot for the breaker the account got hacked and the email was set for another email, is this possible? i dont really care about the account but does this happen? or has it happened to any of you ?
Muffins Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 osbot only stores your passwords locally (on your own computer) , so you were likely the culprit of a database hack or something similar.
TriBait Posted January 16, 2018 Author Posted January 16, 2018 it was a throwaway account that i was testing stuff on , i used exwalker, and mostly free scripts , i believe one of the scripts i was using the creator of it has been banned, im not sure which one it was , this was not to long ago maybe a month or 2 back , this has never happened before to me

TriBait Posted January 16, 2018 Author Posted January 16, 2018 there is no way i had a virus i never download anything without a virus scan , and i have both malwarebytes and Norton paid version , no other password was changed other than that runescape account which i don't care for, i just don't want it to happen to someones main or something , so its very important to set an email and authentication

The chances of you downloading malware is 1000 times bigger than that Osbot will clear a random throwaway account. Scripter don't have access to any of the account details, only the Osbot client has. Threads like this hurt the reputation of Osbot while it has probably been your own fault. Also, your username reminds me of something. Threads stating Osbot or an Osbot script hacked your account should be removed immediately. If it was a private script it is still your own fault by not going with a trusted Scripter.
