I wouldn't pay above 300m unless noncombats were higher.  As it stands, it isn't optimal for staking or xeric (herblore). No graceful, low agi, no rogues. Low slayer, not high enough stats for quest cape etc. Great account but needs some fine tuning for real sale. I recommend either getting 99 def using slayer tasks or skilling some and getting sets.

the bans are fucking it up tbh

200-300m the past offences are a bit much, plus its all combat which isn't to hard to do yourself.

A/W would be around 300-400m, since I know non cbs are shit and the offences do not really help my case.
