"updating scripts"

Featured Replies

Hello, I have quite a few purchased scripts and I was wondering if I was supposed to update them or if they automatically update?  I rant into a problem with @Czar's herbivore script and it was supposedly fixed via update 72, but my script still reads 68.  Is there something I am doing wrong?

He may have forgotten to change the number in the paint; scripts at OSBot automatically update in the client after they are approved.

Let me outline the process:

  1. Scripter changes code (fixes bug, adds feature, etc...)
  2. Scripter 'sends' updated code to developers
  3. Developers review changes and ensure they are not malicious
  4. Developers push the new code live

Due to this multi-stage process, updates can take a while to process - this is probably what you're experiencing.

Hopefully that cleared things up, if you're still unsure or have any further questions, let me know!

All the best
