I believe there is a slow server right now, but when I tried to load the purchase screen on paypal it doesn't load. 

 

It basically is a white page that takes ~15 minutes to load up.  When it's loaded up, it doesn't display any images - it's just text and noninteractive.  Is there an easier way to purchase VIP?

I have tried clearing my cookies/cache etc.

For some reason, Safari loaded it just fine and I checked out.  No more worries.
