so I plan on making another account member as a side pure that i solely botted on the same ip as I'm playing my main account if the other account were to get caught would they also ban my main because its on the same ip?...

possible, use a proxy @Token

Yup, It's always a possibility. Jagex chain bans by IP to prevent gold farming.

However, I have accounts that I'm playing on at this moment by hand that were made on my home IP that has also had other perma bans associated with it in the past. So if you casual bot I'd say you could probably get away with it (at your own risk) but if you're running a bot farm then definitely get an IP.

^^ above been said is 100% on point. For the cost of a proxy not worth the risk all was separate your accounts, unlikely but chain bans do occur.  

Proxies are 3-4$, nothing wrong with taking precautions for literally no extra cost.
