October 16, 20178 yr Has any one else been having a lot of problems with Nocix servers since Saturday? I know they went offline for a few hours but ever since then I am unable to reload a new OS on them. Also the website is very laggy. I've contacted live support multiple times but they're all idiots and just copy and paste responses. Spending $150/month and haven't been able to bot in 2 days because they can't fix a simple problem.

October 16, 20178 yr Unfortunately, can't expect much from budget-tier server providers like Nocix. Their uptime is unreliable and their customer service has always been awful.

When I used them they always responded within 5 minutes of any ticket, and their uptime was pretty much 100%, what are you basing off your statements off?

My own personal experiences. You can also find similar anecdotes on hosting discussion forums. They are extremely hit or miss, as is the industry norm for this level of spending. Also, uptime should almost always be close to 100%. The difference between the uptime between budget-tier and professional-tier is often less than 1%. What differentiates them is that tiny percentage of incidents, which can be crucial depending on the tasks the servers are used for.
