The user still has not logged in since Tuesday. @Arctic, You might try sending him a message on skype letting him know his account is placed in TWC, and he is required to post in his dispute. Hopefully he will at least see that and try to log into his OSBot profile and want to get this sorted out.

Thanks. We'll give him 24 hours from this post to respond. Else, he'll be banned. 

@Arctic As the user has not responded within 24 hours they have been banned. They will need to pay you the remaining 8m if they wish to return.
