You need to code this yourself? that's what you're asking?

Asking for help in any form--

Not sure what you are asking.

Personally I'd go with the caesar salad, Pepper steak and Lemon Cake if you are asking which is the best food

All you needed is how to do the buttons?

Here is the rest of the layout just add the buttons yourself

<html>
<head>
<body>
<table border="1">
  <tr>
    <td>Entree
    <ol>Tuscan Bean Soup</ol>
    <ol>Romanine Caesar Salad</ol>
    <ol>Wild Mushroom Pie</ol></td>
    <td>Main
    <ol>Roast Muscovy Duck</ol>
    <ol>Pepper Steak</ol>
    <ol>Wild Field Salad</ol></td>
    <td>Desert
    <ol>Strawberry Tart</ol>
    <ol>Chocolate Souffle</ol>
    <ol>Lemon Cake</ol></td>
  </tr>
</table>
</body>
</head>
</html>
