What is required? Is 100 posts the only requirement?

Seems like an odd one as anyone can gain 100 posts quickly.

you weren't asking for a price check your post specifically had a buyout price

I made a imgur for selling, but when I went to post it wouldn't let me. I went into price checks to post it to get price checks. Sorry for the mis-understanding. 

Is post count the only thing that determines whether or not a person can post in that section? If so, that's a bit lame because anyone can get 100 posts.

Post count is the requirement but the final decision is made by the staff team. The idea is for you to establish yourself in the community as an anti-scam measure. If we see that you spam yourself to 100 posts then the account sale will not be allowed.

Thank you. I was going to say that someone could get 100 easily in one day. 
At the time I reach 100 posts who do I contact?

If you reach your 100 posts legitimately through time, just post your accounts topic and it will be approved.

it is pointless to PC if you can sell it and/or retain the price that was given in the PC process due to lack of feedback

Don't need a pc anymore lol. Due to the fact that it's meaningless as I cannot sell.

You need 100 posts to sell accounts. 

You asked for a price check on an account, I opened the image, and this is what I saw:

You knew the price ^ no need for a Price Check? It also clearly says for sale. I think you knew the rules and just wanted to get around them.
