When the bot tries to check the health of a magic tree in the farming guild, it gets stuck on "checking health". If you manually remove the tree, it will plant the sapling, but then get stuck on "using magic sapling on tile". I can replicate this 100% of the time, and only in the farming guild. This happens with fruit trees as well. 

 

Additionally, is there a way to have the bot harvest the fruit tree before paying to have it removed?

As for the harvesting of fruits prior to paying to have them removed; this is currently not supported.
