No way in hell anyone in their right mind would pay 750m for a runescape accouint.

No offense but I personally wouldn't spend that much in an account when there's always the chance it'd be recovered and I'll be out almost 1k. So to answer your question no. Someone might drop that, but they'd be insanely naive to.
