Jagex banhammer hits faster then ever

I decided to bot an account I had since 2007. Was botting on a fresh public ip.

Got 1-48 range. Then permanently banned.

I got a total of 30 accounts permanently banned right now. Which leaves me with 0 accounts. I'm pretty much done. :ditto:

I have a /27 public ip range available.

84.188.xxx.244 - 84.188.xxx.274. (I placed xxx since I don't want to share the full ip address).

I could be wrong but I'm fairly sure you will continue to be flagged on that IP because nearly the entire IP is the same besides the individual numbers on the end.

Just like two brother's in the same house could get banned if one brother is botting.. it's not really your entire IP that is changing.

It's basically just saying the device on that connection has changed, but it's still the same connection.

True, but when using proxies, you could have the same problem. Proxies used by other people who got banned on it for example.

It's hard to find a 'clean' ip.

I've never tried this myself but you could call your ISP and see if they will change your IP, if you still get banned after that then I dunno :feels:

You're not botting the right way.

Lots of people are botting successfully without bans or with low ban rates
