Their quality could arguably be better as the providers have a incentive to maintain it; not saying that free script owners don't maintain scripts. You are maybe less likely to be banned; but it isn't a 100% less chance of ban otherwise you'd be in false hope.

Always be carful with botting; don't bot what you're not willing to lose (such as a main?)

There is no way to prove that. Nobody from any botting site can make any claim to the "rate" of getting banned. The only people who can do this is the game company themselves.
