was just $12 US, and it got him banned in a few days in rs, then his osbot acc gets banned...

Instead of making a thread about it, why don't you pm a mod personally. This doesn't help and you'll get your answer faster if you'd just pmed a moderator.

but if you think about the answer it is his own fault

if he doenst know why hes banned he shouldve read the rules if he did read the rules he knows why hes banned.
