Would be possible with guthans(or shitloads of purple sweets) and something like a dragon halberd for jad, you'd need the 70def and attack though.

To be honest I'd offer you better deal for 57 ranged rather than for doing it with melee, your ranged seems to be way more reasonable than doing your cape with melee
