yes. many times. it helps if you buy for someone who is trustworthy. most people who have built said trust wont risk their reputation for $200-300. 

I bought a skiller from some unknown dude, had it for 3 years and just recently got it banned 

Bought accounts from playerauctions that have never been recovered mainly staking accounts, but never tend to buy someones main or account through here as there's always a few years down the line when they return and most likely impossible to fail a recovery you just need the creation date and last passwords.

I bought a skiller once, several 99. That was 4yrs ago. It became my main for 2yrs. Got banned after that.

Purchased a pure when dungeoneering had came out and had 8 99's non-combat and 99 range, after EoC happened i turned it into a main, currently 18 99's and still running fine after all of these years.

don't buy if they do not have a nice rep, nice offer = 010000% scam

Nope don't buy accounts simple as that. Even if the person is trusted someone will screw him in the future which will make him/her scam quit having your account recovered.

I purchased a few accounts myself when I was younger that eventually got recovered but they were all from untrustworthy people.
