You do know that it will bring back a lot of players. GWD = Dragon Boots, Bandos Armour, Armadyl armour. Not just AGS

Plus I heard that they're making GS's untradable, and when you die you go back for the hilt like a firecape or w/e, and the pker gets the shards. Also heard that AGS is nerfed.

Unless you want RS07 to die it's going to need new content to keep people interested and striving for something.

It gives me something to smite in the wilderness, godwars is awesome :P

 

It also gives high level players something to do rather than boring old DK's or Kalphites or even Barrows.

 

I hope they bring clanwars soon too, that will make 07 perfect imo ^^

PvP worlds are already pretty much confirmed too

Also you know they made a permanent backup of RS 3 days before GWD came out, that's the game we play, so it's not like it'd be any different elsewhere. No one knows yet if they're even adding it, it's just been suggested by some random JMod in a Dev Blog, not even a poll yet, so calm your titties and keep playing.

Well, GWD was introduced in 2007, just a few months later than the current version of OSRS. If you don't want OSRS to die we need GWD - I won't be using it, but I know alot of other players will..

Actually 07 RS was the only backup they had prior to GWD full-scale development (after all the planning, etc.)
