Paid for a broken Script what to do?

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

dont know what to do right now.

I got a private script from a highly recommended person.

I paid for a working script and not a broken one.

He was fixing it about 4 days i got 5 versions of the script for now and each time he fixed it, it got more worse than before.

He gave me a document which included a lifetime guarantee for bugfixes.

Now the worst point ever:

- Not answering since more than 30 hours

- hes online in skype & forum

- hes fixing other scripts which are not his one before fixing his own

Im realy pissed of this and want my money back or a working script. Like i said each time he tried to fix it got more worse than before.

Anyone can help me out with this?

If he also gave you source code you could ask someone else to go over it and possibly make it suitable for you. It will cost money though.

Of course you can. Just provide evidence of him confirming that he created a private script for you and the Skype you show is in fact his own.

I'm not sure if the staff will handle the dispute regarding a private script.

You should have asked for the source code before purchasing the script! (: Mind you, unless he obfuscated it (or even in some cases if he did obfuscate it), you can always decompile the jar to get the code. It's much nicer to have a plain text copy though!
