True that, checked the arena and there was literally NONE max main xers, You know those 97/97/97 accs that do 1.1x. I had all of them on my ignore list on my maxed main staker and none of them comes up on hiscores. I knew there was a reason why they always accepted instantly up on sending a stake. 

Also, i've been watching twitch.tv/purespam quite a lot before he went to Jagex to try the inferno out. He said on stream multiple times he'd talk to Jagex about the truth of the arena when he went there. How convenient that all the rwters got banned now.

Gold resellers usually only have a few bill at most. The only way I could see someone hoarding 210B is if they did some kind of bug abuse and was slowly selling off their gold.
