Stop paying deposits to work for people noobs   pm and add Skypes of people who make service request threads or that may make a post on a competitors thread and offer a lower price.

people will be unlikely to hire without a deposit (unless they take say 30M off first order the person does and counts that as the deposit)

Just as service owners can scam, so can workers. 

I guess you can't really trust anyone on here even if they have 100+ rep. @lucki you're the last person i'll do business with on OSBot:')

Don't pay a deposit unless the person who's hiring you is either @Howest or @Sysm 

My point is dont be a worker My point is work for yourself and get the work on your own not that "worker cant scam" or a deposit isnt needed.
