if you buy a private script you should ask for the source...

Some scripters offer the source, from others you can't do more then just trust them by their word.

In some occasions, there are requests that are fully customized, thus them not being from the SDN.

 

use jdgui and see if they obfuscated the source. if they didn't then check snippets 

Just get scripts from trusted members, that way you have a better chance of it being "private"

@OP ask for source or check if they've made any similar scripts on the SDn or other private scripts 

If you find out that your script you purchased has been sold around a few times to other users, please let one of the moderators know.
