Ive tried to login to account for like 15 minutes and after 1.5h he writes me something when he founds his account in the middle of questing area with full inv of quest items and he cant write me anything but sorry ive been bottin... And this dispute is what we are talking about, about BOTTING. This guys BOTTED by himself and keep BOTTING. I am not going to login to his account anymore. Whenever I am trying to complete quests on this account, something happens. Order is almost done (watchtower quest is almost done and Eadgars Ruse is not). Here is the last conversation between us. This order supposed to be easy around 4h work but it is not finished until now and I have to write here like I would be one of scammers to prove that I am doing quests legit and etc. Retweets order time has run out and I have to move on with other orders. BTW @Jordan if I am right this order was not taken before I have placed my ToS So you should not mislead that I change ToS for certain case. Decode Posted March 12, 2017 Share Posted March 12, 2017 In addition to @Jordan post, you say you were attempting to hop worlds, which sometimes tends to give you that error. Also, the chances of him/someone else logging on at the exact same time as you "attempted to hop worlds" is really slim. Saimonas Posted March 12, 2017 Share Posted March 12, 2017 You have to hop world during Watchtower quest because you have to pick up 2 cave nightshades which is on the ground so you have to wait until it respawns or hop the world to pick up another to save some time so I did try to hop and after that I could not login and I wrote him. I did try to login again like 4 minutes later and then even like 15 minutes later. He responded me after 1.5h. Can you tell me why he did not write me anything when he found his account in the middle of the quest? Now it is like that "He logged to account or somebody logged to account, he saw that account is in the process of quest and he thinks "oh he was doing quest but who cares he will finish it whenever i want so I am going to bot" Is it how services are working? I am mad not because I dont want to finish it. I am mad because I am here the one who must prove that I am not guilty of something. I am trying to finish it but I cant, i write him but I get no respond. After some time he writes me "OK you can finish it", like I am not doing anything else but waiting until he is going to LET me to finish it. I can TRY TO FINISH the order for the last time. I know it is only 3.5M but I am not guilty of anything here and I do not want my time to be wasted for nothing He was botting account before the order, in the process of order and this dispute is called "botting while questing". So what are we talking about? I have offered him to refund half of the order value or finish order the minute account has been banned. I was trying to finish the order but I couldnt, I've contacted him but got no respond. Besides that he was clearly unhappy and clearly stated before that he didn't want to finish the order (earlier in this topic). Jordan Posted March 13, 2017 Share Posted March 13, 2017 Here are the useful facts AFTER each party agreed the Saimonas was to complete the order: Saimonas incorrectly (or without valid proof) believes that Retweets signed into the account and so Saimonas posts on the dispute that he is done with the order Retweets logs in the account and bots, presumably because Saimonas has said he's done with the order, but the dispute hasn't been resolved and no decision has been made Retweets completes the quests by himself presumably because he's running out of membership and can't wait for Saimonas to decide if he's going to do the quests or not You both ave really thrown us through a loop. It really isn't this complicated or hard to figure out but you guys are absolutely terrible at communication. Because Saimonas said he was done with the order and wasn't going to complete it, it is somewhat reasonable that Retweets logs in the account and completes the quests himself before his membership runs out. If you two could communicate better, this would have never happened. Regardless, Saimonas will have to refund Retweets 3.5M because he did say he was done with the order prior to Retweets logging in. And yes I was mad about that you have put me into that kind of situation and still I am. The only thing that I want to know what was the purpose behind making this dispute? He knew that he was botting account and bans are not coming from nothing, so as @Sysm and @Decode ensured that I did not bot on this account it comes that he was botting his account and made FALSE DISPUTE on me. For me it looks like he was just using this ban situation against me to gain profit as he mentions about value account and etc. "I would value the account atleast 80-100M, and is now worth way less because of a 1-day ban". After several hours he bought a bond and I have started but it was friday night and I went out. Next morning I have tried to finish it as I informed him but as mentioned before I could not finish the order again because in the middle of the quest somebody logged in to account and Retweets was not answering me. Then I have made a post here "That I am done with this order" and was waiting for you guys to answer. Well I am not going to refund him anything. So you can ban me. I deserve it! Good night. This was caused by your failure to communicate effectively. It was a bad situation all in all, but at the end of the day, you shouldn't have said that. 3.5M is $4, if your ego is that fragile, so be it. User has been banned. Sorry for your loss, @Retweets.
