But other people say you get +6 pictures for your sig and other perks but no one knows exactly what you get. 

Maybe a updated thread about the ranks would be useful for people looking to buy ranks   

If anyone could confirm the exact benefits that would be great

 

Also, are you able to upgrade from $100 to $250 by paying the difference in the future?

The other benefits are listed in the store, but I'll get to updating the rank thread in a bit.
And yes, you can upgrade from 100->250->500 by paying the difference between them.
