13. Criticism Rule

If a staff member has made a decision that you feel is in some way incorrect or abusive, please report it to @Maldesto via private message. Please do not make a thread about the staff member in question, as this can cause minor chaos in the community.

I mean I don't like criticizing decision made by staff but why remove him out of twc group if you still can not trust him enough to sell vouchers. Might as well keep him in it or remove him from twc and give him full rights. I don't get the point of defining a "twc group" if restrictions that come with it still apply if you are not in the group itself.

We dont trust many people to sell vouchers, does that mean we should place you all in the TWC group?

Also, its more about only letting the "extremely trusted" people sell vouchers. Theres been too many incidents in the past which kindd of screwed over OSBot as well as customers.

Atleast pin something on the lines of unless you are extremely trusted. This is extremely vague:

This means, be careful who you purchase from, there are trusted users on here selling all the time. Use common sense, don't buy from someone that just joined or has low post count and no feedback.

Voucher sales are risky for OSBot as well. In a normal trade there is only one party who risks losing money, and it's usually the person who goes second. However, in a voucher trade there are two people, the person who goes second AND OSBot.

Why? Because they risk having a PayPal chargeback.

So, it makes sense for OSBot to have an extra level of security for this type of trading to attempt and mitigate any potential damages to themselves. It sucks for some sellers, but it's something OSBot has every reason and right to do.

Yeah it makes no sense, users should use whoever they want whether they are considered "trusted" or not.
