Slight difference in clock speeds and CACHE sizes, no additional threads due to no hyper threading like any i5. Who knows, that cache can be helpful. Did you overclock your CPU? I got the h100i v2 and the 970 together for $220. Overclocking soon, just have been busy setting up all my programs, IDEs, projects, games, etc. again.
