What is your guys thoughts on RS gambling sites and where do you think they will be in the next year

Sites mainly focusing on -

  • Runechat
  • Bigboibets
  • Tokenbets

I know these websites make big money but does anyone else think they are dieing out? I use runechat regulary but i recently seen reports on the owners scamming early 2014 which made me think should i still use them

Do you think they are legit on cashins/cashouts? do you think they are rigged? if so why

Tokenbets has seen a surge in activity lately, likely because of the Winter season approaching, and I'm assuming it's the same case for other sites.

The dice on Tokenbets and BigBoiBets is Provably fair, meaning it's unriggable, here's an example roll with instructions on how to verify its fairness https://www.tokenbets.com/dice/verify/583cbf16452b4e065815a28a

The poker client on Tokenbets and BigBoiBets is licensed from https://www.briggsoft.com/ , it's a third party close-sourced software that we have no control over.

The roulette on Tokenbets was also provably fair, but it's currently offline for maintenance.

I've never tried playing on Runechat so I'm not sure how they assure their userbase that their games are unriggable.

In response to your cashin/cashout question, I haven't seen any issues, though the sites vary greatly in the speed that they cash out due to the structure of their staffing system.

Thanks for clearing that up I never knew the pkoer client was third party.

What put me off runechat was they have provability fair on all the house games (black jack, casino war, roulette) But they don't on any of the dice games (which admins are known for calling peoples bets on)

In my eyes this is sketchy because they said they can't add provability fair to it because it's already predetermined by a RNG as soon as a game is placed, does this mean technically the developer is able to see what every duel is a win or lose? so our best chance really on winning on runechat would be on house games?

I really like tokenbets, usually my and my buds go out to the American Legion (social club for veterans), or the VFW 1-2 nights a week and play cash poker. BUt the reason I like tokenbet is, I can cash 10m (bascially $10) and play, and the other players are also risking something value (their gp) vs a poker site with play money where people just play unrealistic because it's not real money at stake. Also it helps that Bogla runs token, it's always better with Bogla.

Roulette and DIcing is for chumps though

ALL OF THAT BEING SAID

i do feel tokenbets has on and off days somedays it is really freaking dead other days the tables are boomin.

Duel arena>Gambling sites

I play on gambling sites because i feel my gp lasts longer on them, a poker game for example could last me hours if i just play smart, and playing PTD's on runechat or sports betting can last me days

Staking I get cleaned quick, i also don't have a main to stake on

The server hash is created by hashing the client seed + the server seed with SHA512

So you are telling me it's impossible to create a server sided script that calculates the result first, and then makes up seeds?

Hey, I went ahead and asked the dev for an answer to your question:

The roll is a result of the server seed and client seed hashed together, so the roll is influenced by your client seed, we can't calculate it beforehand and change it based on your roll. If we did that, it wouldn't match up with the server seed. Which then the server seed can be verified that is never changed by the severseed hash given before the roll

Hope that helps!

The whole idea behind a hash function is that an arbitrary sized input can be mapped to a fixed size output with a very small chance of a collision. They're also designed to make it next to impossible to go back from the hash to the input data. This makes them commonly used for data integrity.

So your saying even with provability fair it's possible that it can still be rigged with a script?

There are days I feel it is rigged and there are days I feel its legit. I think they can actually rig the software as and when they like, for example, on certain days.

But unless I can actually prove this, there's really nothing I can say that would mean anything.

I feel the same.

I like tokenbets because it's just all betting against the house and it's a now and then moment you know if your going to win

Runechat where it's player vs player though i feel like the admins know if it's going to be a win or not before it gets called so they know to call or not on an alt
