I haven't ignored your idea, i tried it.

 

You mean flip the pen on the bottom of the T to the top instead? if so that didn't work out.

 

IF ur talking about the I, i put the brush up, but then it looks like a candle instead.

then just make the T look normal

I would say the second but maybe replace the tie with the buildings?

the first one, but with the second one's font.

Definitely the second one, good job :)

I like the the first, has potential .. I think if you could make the paint brush effect on the T smaller so you can see the letter more, that would help and change the I to a normal I or try another effect.

 

As for second, its very nice also but is very plain, the other's more artistic .. lol
