Zappa's Quick Switcher

 

 

Hi everyone. I'm currently developing a way to hot key gear/prayers/attack style/special all in one button.

Here's my progress, most of the spoilers contain a gif of the switching, so you can see how it has changed from the previous releases.

Release 1:

The first release is just the quick switching. It allows you to save equipped gear and bind it to a hot key. You can delete the previous entered hot key with backspace and pressing enter locks it in place.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Release 2:

This release has a sorter to change the order in which the items are equipped.

 

 

Release 3:

This release brings a GUi to manage options after each gear switch. (see pic). In this release is also auto switching -> Cast spell. Means you can pull of some pretty sick combo's in 1 or 2 ticks.

 

 

 

 

Release 4:

Ok, well I have to add all my own spells/prayer methods since i can't get OSBot built in functions to work fast enough. Here's an update showing off weapon, prayer, spell, spec switching.

 

 

Release 5:

Code clean up, supported all prayers and moving towards setting up a clean gui.

 

 

Release 6:

This is just more gui work, fixing up what we have done so far to ensure switches are 100% correct each time (all done, really happy with the switching logic at the moment)

I'm happy with how the gui is coming along. I don't expect the design to change much but I have a few ideas I want to impliment.

 

 

 

Release 7:

Backend switching logic is now fully finished. Cleaned up the last of the bugs and added a toggle to switch on/off.

You'll be pleased to know that during the switching, your mouse input will be blocked and then resumed right after.

 

 

Release 8:

Nothing to show for this one, added "Space" to interupt the switching to resume back in full control. Space will now also open the inventory.

 

Release 9:

New toggle feature -  auto click attacking target after switch. Edit: - Sorry guys I removed this. Didn't work so well in multi and had a few issues. Don't ask me for readding this as it will come in a different script I will make in the future.

 

Release 10:

Whilst I'm waiting for S1 and finding out when I can actually release this, I've gone ahead and fixed a bunch of bugs such like:

- Wont switch to prayer screen if no prayers selected

- Wont switch to prayer screen if those prayers are already selected

- Wont cycle thru everything just to reactivate a spell/spec

 

Things coming:

- Instant gmaul 2 spec. Means you can stack the bow -> gmaul equating 3 hits in 1 tick.

- Inventory hot keying - Hot key food/pots/whatever you want from inventory

- Setable eat levels for food (set to 0 to always use the inventory hotkey stuff)

 

Since I'm working on inventory stuff now, i thought the UI could do with a switch up. So here's the gear screen some of you may be well aware of by now. (excuse my poor alignment!)

 

 

 

I've also added a way to edit your hotkeys you have set from changing the spell/spec/inventory -> deleting + changing the hotkey

Also started work on saving the configs - Option to store locally or on my cloud.

 

As I've been working on this script, I've come to realise that a hotkey script is pretty much the basics. My plans go further than this script so, keep a look out! Especially if you are interested in the PK scene.

Edit: Hey guys, been away for a while but I'm back again. Script works great but I've decided against releasing it, just keeping it personal. Still working on auto hybridding and stuff and will hopefully have something to show off pretty soon.

Thanks for your further interest The more interested in it, naturally, the more interested I am in to finishing it.

 

Update: Just done the prayers, only a few are supported at the moment but I'll change that later on.

 

Release 6 shows off how easy it to set up each hotkey with gear + prayer.

All prayer is now supported in the latest release.

Currently adding methods to read selected magic spell + weapon option stats.

Update about latest release:

Cleaned up the last of the bugs in the switching

Removed user's input when switching starts.
Added a toggle to turn the hotkeys on/off.

Started caching all the magic spells.
