October 2, 20169 yr Who thinks it'd be a good idea for the staff members to evaluate themselves as well as other members of the staff? (Its a serious a suggestion posted in spam/off topic in case staff didn't think it was worthy of being there)
October 2, 20169 yr Author They probably already evaluate each other in the staff chat. Would be interesting to know what they each think of one another though. me
October 2, 20169 yr Author I think I would refrain from such things, it seems that when serious problems happen that aren't a scam report they don;t really reply. Not seeing how asking them to evaluate each other is relevant to what you said. Care to explain, think im missing something.
October 2, 20169 yr Before getting staff rank they should be Lifetime Sponsor or Sponsor + min $100 donor Edited October 2, 20169 yr by Kimbo
October 2, 20169 yr To be fair, we do already provide each other with feedback in the staff chat. I don't see much coming from the fact the the community might now read this.

October 2, 20169 yr Staff members generally consult each other when they have problems with each other until they come to an agreement unless insignificant. Hosting problems publically would probably do more harm than good, but I believe they're free to do so anyway. + Maldesto is always on them when someone dips in performance. Hmm you're right, however i do think giving feedback about themselves wouldn't host any problems publicly but would be great to see how and why each staff members rates themselves.
