Decode
Who thinks it'd be a good idea for the staff members to evaluate themselves as well as other members of the staff? (Its a serious a suggestion posted in spam/off topic in case staff didn't think it was worthy of being there)
Zerker
They probably already evaluate each other in the staff chat.

Decode
I think I would refrain from such things, it seems that when serious problems happen that aren't a scam report they don;t really reply. Not seeing how asking them to evaluate each other is relevant to what you said. Care to explain, think im missing something.
Kim
Before getting staff rank they should be Lifetime Sponsor or Sponsor + min $100 donor Edited October 2, 2016 by Kimbo
Solution
To be fair, we do already provide each other with feedback in the staff chat. I don't see much coming from the fact the the community might now read this.

Sky
Staff members generally consult each other when they have problems with each other until they come to an agreement unless insignificant. Hosting problems publically would probably do more harm than good, but I believe they're free to do so anyway. + Maldesto is always on them when someone dips in performance. Hmm you're right, however i do think giving feedback about themselves wouldn't host any problems publicly but would be great to see how and why each staff members rates themselves.
