I like how they put the nice side facing their house though on the opposite side. Also, my ocd also would drive me through the roof if I were them having one half of your fence "ugly" and the other half facing the opposite way.

Im about to just get speakers and elevate them to 7ft (fence legal heigh is 6ft cant be higher)  and blast music all day constantly :)

what else you expect me to do?  I' tried speaking with the person that is selling the house and didnt listen to me and gave 0 shits.  Its proper etiquette to leave the posts in your side/yard and leave the smooth side facing outwards bud.

1 he is within the law your suggestions aren't. Stop being a dumbass and think of something to make him change his mind. If he is trying to sell the house he needs to have nice neighbors, if you see someone looking at the house start yelling then play music have your dog bark. Don't be so obvious.

if he puts the posts towards you you are allowed to take down.

why you ask?

because whoever owns the fence has posts directed to them.

    my suggestion is as long as I am not playing before 8am and after i think either 10pm or 11pm.     cant do anything to change his mind frankly.   he does have nice neighbors but the guy was a douche and did it like that mate nothing i can do :(

    I'd build my own fence.

    yeah but fence cant be higher than 6ft lol and theirs is already 6 feet i think lol
