2. if u talking about the nmz yes I did agree about "updating you"  http://prntscr.com/c43dvy every time u pm me there was a update or when I finish a quest there goes another pict. how about if u go to that part and start showing all pict of the nmz package? the first pict was the prayer one. I did update u for every quest I finished. and my worker I think he only did 50-70 def "he prob dint update u I guess". and I asked u first if his allow to powerlvl for def exp 50-70 def before I gave him the password. it was when u was scared about recovering stuffs etc. so yeah I did update u every time. and u never asked for every single pict u only wanted update with I did.

for the mods, starcraft have every single pict of the powerlvl of str/att that I gave him while the private disputed/discussion took place with Maldesto with have my name on it with is "Roger in red color" and some others text if I not mistaking. only one I don't have I think is 74 str with is when he logged on the account. with am pretty sure I never gave him permission to log into the acc.

 

1. I still dont know why are you so defensive. You got caught for botting on mod Solution's account, you got so defensive and everything, offered osbuddy pictures yet you were the only one who could botted. On my situation you are the only one who could have botted to. And obviously testing  means that i didnt wanna risk my account while i have put more money onto the progress than it costs to buy new NMZ pack. Dumbass... (1st link doesnt work, fix your links, allways not working and showing up)

 

2. Obviously if i ask to keep me UPDATED, it means every level, quest or whatever move you achieve. I obviously would have asked to update me every single day, whats the update huh? But no, it was a longer service so i kept you some space and i didnt wanna disturb you. Get the point, throw me those 350+ pictures with every achievement, level, quest. THANK YOU!

Thats the last time i used it. I can even give you exact date when the same account got banned while training STR in NMZ.

credits on me at the picture. Go take a look at my fruitynmz exp log. Basically i hit 80-99 ranged on the account + like 40(ish) to 70(ish) STR and banned. Need date, ill give ya the date when i used it last. Need mods to check it out, go ahead, let them check it out. God dammit how fool are you. Stop defending, you botted on Solutions acc, kept defending, you botted on my account, keeps defending still.

 

After my account obviously was banned, ive been trying to contact them on Twitter every time. Mostly they dont either answer, an helper gives me bs reply, jmod gives me the reply to check info about bans/mutes and then this message where they say they wont be dealing with bans any longer or something.

 

I want my money back douchebag, i paid you 29m+9550k for hand-made legit service not some bs botting service!

 

Also, with osbuddy you can bot i was told with other bots. I bet you used other bot to go trough osbuddy, stop bot, take ss in nmz and continue...

 

[Solution]

While I see the similarities between this case and mine, there's one notable difference: your account didn't get picked up during the hack/ban reviews. 
You have to understand that this system isn't triggered manually, it's done automatically, just like it was done to my account. Considering your ban wasn't quashed I'm going to assume that the system didn't see any unusual activity and therefore there is no way of knowing who got the account banned. Considering that there's simply a lack of evidence in this case I can't make @Devry123 refund you. 

I realize that it may seem strange considering the outcome of my own dispute, but for all we'd know you botted on it yourself and simply saw an opportunity through my dispute to get some easy money. Either way, the evidence we currently have simply isn't sufficient to prove what happened, considering that I'm going to close this dispute.

 

To clarify: The ban/hack reviews are done manually by the support staff, but you cannot request a review, that is done automatically.
