Is this possibly an out of date java?

Or it could be that you're using 64bit Java and OSbot requires 32bit (for mirror mode afaik) *someone will need to confirm this though :/

I will go update my java right now. I let u know. and how I check if I have 64 or 32? I want to know before I update my java so I update to those versions?

You can usually tell which java (32bit / 64bit) you have installed by checking your C:\ Drive.

If your computer has C:\Program Files (x86)\ then your computer is most likely running a 64bit operating system.

Then: Check to see if your Oracle / Java folder is installed into C:\Program Files (x86)\  OR  C:\Program Files\

If its in: C:\Program Files (x86)\  -> then you probably have a 32bit version of Java installed onto your 64bit operating system.

I think what it means by setting windowed mode to "Fixed" is by changing your in-game rs window to fixed. This is where the chat is not transparent and you have a smaller in-game window which cannot be scaled.
