People that come to the live chat for help are the people that come in the live chat ask for help get there answer and they never come back. If people like that want help they should read the help threads first.

the chat is a useful tool sometimes other users have had the same issue and can help immediately without waiting for a forum response or share other info not found on the forums.

I think Live Chat provides a perfect mix of a way to support people and also a way to relax and have fun. Honestly the questions they ask are so simple and basic, it may only take up to a minute to help someone every once and a while. Help should always be allowed in my opinion.

Fuck, voted no before reading the poll question

That'd be pretty dumb to have a live chat, but not allow people to ask for help with anything in there.

That'd just make live chat only useful for spam, which is just a waste of a resource.

I don't mind people asking for help. I just don't like how people don't use their brains and search the forums before asking.

I agree %100 but in fairness if someone sees an easier way (asking in the chat) that Is what they are gonna do.

OT: I don't support. People need to have somewhere to go if they can't figure it out. And I spend a lot of time in the chat and browsing the Help Desk IMO I would rather they just ask in chat and I can refer them to a thread rather than them making their own threads asking for where all the other help threads are.

I dont think it should, sure stupid questions could be avoided, but it would require people have to post a help thread for EVERY SINGLE THING, how little it is. That would really put the forum full of junk. It is good enough the way it is

Sometimes if im bored i dont mind helping but its when you get people asking where scripts are because there to lazy to look..
