There aren't any cheat providers that I know of which support osx. If you really want to cheat, I'd say you'd be better off bootcamping windows to your mac / dual booting.

I'd say you'd be better off with sites like: AimWare, PerfectAim, LeagueCheats, or Unity.

 

Personally I've been using AimWare since their site was released and I love their cheats.
