Does literally nothing. if you want to "Sit" on an account, it's done by in game time, not by how long ago you created the account.

If you don't want a ban, don't bot.

Bots are for profit not training imo. 

Same. I literally did 45 minutes of combat botting, just clicking monsters and eating food. The next day I'm banned. Pretty annoying,
