Explanation:

I paid the user 18M + 7M for supplies(including the bond) to create an account and get it 1-80 Attack/Strength/Defense. The account was made 10 minutes prior the the service starting. The user states in his TOS he is not responsible, however, I feel that is unjust and I would either like a refund or an account with the specified stats. He is a cool user, nothing personal, I just don't feel what he is attempting to do is right.

Like I said, nothing personal I just want an admin/moderator look at this and determine what is right.

Unless you asked him to do it legit, we can't really force him on anything. You agreed to his TOS and he botted, and got banned. 

 

Also you paid for the service, so he will have to gain the remaining exp for you be it 1M exp or 100k Exp. Not sure what he got and if he has proof of that.

#8 states, if you requested to be legit and he botted and got you banned, no matter what his TOS says, he will have to pay you the full amount back + supplies lost, or recreate the account.

i never said i would only do the service by hand nor does it say that anywhere on my threadi

 said a few times i would try again and use some of the money you paid me with a few times...

the only reason i am not starting completely over is because i was more than halfway done with the service

 

i dont have any proof but the account was at 65/65/70

i will get the remaining xp and a bit more 

and i will use the money you paid me with for supplies because i feel bad about this

I spoke with Tyler shortly after posting this and since it had to be approved to be posted I forgot about it. 

 

Tyler offered to complete the service as well as use part of the original 18M to supply the account for a second attempt.  

 

I honestly do not know what needs to happen at this point as I understand his side as well as mine. He mentioned botting and honestly I wasn't expecting him to get banned as quickly as he did. I also was under the impression that it would be light botting and mostly afk.

Him botting it or doing it legit is definitely something you should have discussed before buying the service.
