Cool, thanks. I might just buy some oak logs and start the planker maker script ;-) Yup ,there's no real big cost saving method to construction unless you chop the logs and make the planks yourself. It's very efficient to just pay around (500k) and get that 50 con within 1-2hours

Normal chairs - oak chairs - oak bookcase - oak larder (in the kitchen) Make your own planks to save money.

If you're looking for other ways to improve , I would suggest maybe adding alternative banking locations? Such as Varrock or Falador I'm sure some players wouldn't mind the longer walk if it mean't being at a lower ban risk , especially if the bot becomes very popular.

I think the recent update upset a a couple of things , for me it no longer produces the green squares along the room floor , it's only on the spot my characters is standing on. For me it doesn't attack any more minotaurs
